The Boston Celtics wore this patch on their uniforms for the 2013 NBA playoffs, honoring those affected by the tragic events at the Boston Marathon in April. The laurel wreath and blue/gold colors represent the Marathon, and the heart is the same as in our Celtics Shamrock Foundation logo.
